A professional experience every time, no matter whom I deal with. But I always like interacting with the gentleman with the dark hair because he never tries to have me get more service than I sign on for.

Received professional prompt service on my Toyota Highlander, as usual. I recently moved my wife's Nissan maintenance from the dealer to Convoy and my daughter will join Convoy for her next maintenance on her Honda. So where's my finder's fee ;-)

I had my car towed to Convoy Auto Repair this week. I did not have an appointment and was worried about coordinating the towing since I was not able to go with my car and was at work. After speaking with Shawn and Joe, they were so helpful over the phone and handled processing my car and coordinating things with the tow truck driver when the car was dropped off. They kept in touch with me by phone every step of the way so I understood exactly what they were planning to do and they gave me estimated costs before proceeding. They went above and beyond. I even received a text with the a copy of the inspection attached. My experience with Convoy Auto Repair was exceptional. It made the whole process of car repair less stressful for me.
