I brought my 1998 Ranger to Convoy Auto Repair as a project vehicle, knowing it would need major repairs and wouldn’t be cheap. Mr. Joe was incredibly professional, giving me honest advice on whether to keep or fix it. I decided to move forward thanks to his word, transparency, and the shop’s expertise. Throughout the process, they’ve kept me informed and never did any work without my approval. On top of that, they even did some complementary work at no charge, which really showed they care more about helping than just making a buck. I highly recommend them for their honesty, skill, and great customer service.

My passenger side back window, stopped working in the “down position”. I called got an appointment immediately, and it was fixed same day! They are professional and courteous and CARE! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!
