One of the best mechanic experiences I've had. Check engine light came on in my wife's 2004 honda civic, codes said cylinders misfiring, took it in. Being technical myself and interested in engines, I asked a lot of questions. Bill handled everything perfectly. They sent us a digital report including photos of the parts they inspected, annotated to show us wear and signs of compression leak. He called with regular updates and gave me a technical overview of what they found, what it meant, and how they would inspect further. Nothing was done without my approval, and looking over the bill at the end everything seemed reasonably priced, and was resolved in a day. And I got to learn more about my civic, which was great. I currently take both my cars here and will continue to do so.
