Making an appointment was easy and convenient. Facility was easy to get to and I received great customer service. They even sent me a link with a picture and description of the problem they found. Location was convenient, too, with Starbucks nearby to work while I waited.

I was a little nervous trying a brand new mechanic. My spouse recently died and the thought of being vulnerable was very real for me. I can honestly say that Convoy Auto is very thorough, accurate and reasonable prices. I worked with Shawn mainly and although he didn't know I had just lost my spouse, he was very patient with me. It was an incredibly hard and fearful time for me to be giving my car over to someone I didn't know. I do not have any mechanic knowledge and I have been taken advantage of before by other mechanic. I am very happy to see I was treated well and my car fixed perfectly.

As usual, excellent service. The problem was corrected in short order, and even though the problem was not caused by Convoy Auto, they took responsibility followig a recent service, and correct it for free.
