These guys were very accommodating, transparent, even letting me see firsthand a bit of what the mechanic was troubleshooting on my vehicle. Though my truck required services not available here,(only because of the extreme customization of the vehicle), they still gave me tips on how to move forward and WAIVED any labor charge that could have been incurred. I was very impressed with the personalized service, and now know why people recommended this shop to me before I came, including other shops! Any future mishaps w my truck, I'm coming straight to Convoy Auto. They can trust that they'll be getting great 'press' from me
