Very responsive. Went in for a 60k service on Lexus. They ran into difficulties with ABS brakes with an airlock. However they were up front and took the time to make sure they were working properly. All around positive experience.

Excellent service! My car was ready sooner than anticipated. My only wish was that the service was cheaper, but I'm happy to pay the price I did given the high level of care.
