As a young woman, finding a mechanic that doesn't ignore me, talk down to me, or try to scam me is a challenge. I immediately felt comfortable when I walked into here and was greeted with a smile. Everything wrong with my car I received photos and a phone call telling me the details, and what they recommended. I couldn't have me more satisfied and hopefully this can stay my permanent place.

This time I met with Sean, and he was very professional, made every follow up phone call, and took the time to keep me posted. No surprises and accommodating to my extra concerns. A Pro Shop that stands behind there work!

As a certified automotive technician in training, I prefer to have my car properly diagnosed before throwing parts at it assuming its the fix. The team here at Convoy Auto Repair sure did their due diligence and give me phone call updates along with WELL-DOCUMENTED electronic repair order, pictures, and a video clip of a multimeter scan tool diagnosis. This is the first ever in my life have any repair shop do that for me; the dealership NEVER would never do that! They are the BEST independent automotive repair shop in SD.

I have been a customer of Convoy Auto Repair for years! They are the most trustworthy auto repair shop I have ever used - I will not go anywhere else. I strongly recommend them for anybody needing repair on their automobile!
