Since everything is booked up these days, I called to get an appointment and found they could fit me in for a diagnosis of the problem right away. Repairs took longer than one day but Joe kept me informed the whole time and car was done early the next morning. Clean, professional, and prompt service.

I had a maintenance indicator on the dash. Convoy Auto was full up for the next two weeks. I asked if I could leave the car overnight, so maybe they could squeeze it in. No promises were made. I received a call the next day with the estimate. a couple hours later, it was ready to pick up. We were on our way again. These guys are incredible!!

I had the luck of the draw & came up with a winner! My car broke down some 30+ miles away from home so I had it towed to a shop that I had never used before. I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped into the offices of Convoy Auto Repair. They were clean, well organized & staffed by friendly, professional people. All certifications were displayed & the work areas were super organized. Unfortunately my car was basically terminal so I decided not to get the work done. But I loved the transparency of this place, the professional communication and the people who helped me through the process. I’d highly recommend Convoy Auto.
