I recently brought our truck in that was in need of a new fuel pump and battery. Everyone at Convoy Auto Repair was professional and friendly. They had no problem giving me a general cost estimate over the phone. The repair was done quickly and communication was great. I had previously been quoted almost double for the exact same repair at another shop. Convoy Auto Repair is honest and trustworthy. Their cost is also reasonable. I will continue to return with any future auto needs. Thanks!

Despite the fact that your car may not be working as you want it to be working, and that you're probably going to have to pay something to get it fixed, the folks at Convoy Auto do their best to make the experience a pleasant one. No hype-up evaluations of what needs to be done, and no hard attempts at up-selling here. Just a frank and honest assessment, an accurate quote that includes a 3-year warranty on their work, and even some help in deciding which item should be priority and which can wait a bit. I never like spending money on car repairs, but if I have to do it, I'll continue to show up at Convoy.

Great customer service and repairs done in timely manner

The trunk lid right hinge on my 2012 Chevy Impala broke. I called Convoy Auto to get a replacement estimate, and to see if they could locate the part required. Joe located a replacement in Arizona. We got the car in, and got it done! Also, the estimate was right on the mark! These guys are awesome! 127,000 miles on the car... It still runs like new because of these professionals! I would jump in the car right now, and cruise to the other coast of the U.S. with no concerns!

The repair to the trunk lid on my 2012 Chevy Impala was perfect. Convoy Auto was able to locate and install the correct bracket in a timely manner. There was very little impact to my wife and me. We were able to continue using the car, while waiting a couple days for the bracket to arrive. It was repaired while we waited. The cost estimate was on target. We were on the road again. These guys are professionals, and care about their customer's needs! We are so lucky to be able to depend on them. The car is a 2012 with well over 125000 miles. It runs like new. All the maintenance through the years has been done by Convoy Auto Repair shop. It will be interesting to see how long this car will continue its usefulness!

Great customer service! Great quick and thorough service! Reasonably priced

Air conditioning compressor, lines, valves & refrigerant need to be replaced. Unfortunately due to the car’s age (going on 18 years old), I could not justify the almost $3,000.00 repair price. The staff were courteous and described the repair but I simply can’t do it. I will keep them in mind for future repair work since I am comfortable with the staff & many excellence awards they have received!
