This was my first time at Convoy Auto Repair and it won’t be my last. I’ve been dealing with an oil leak for quite some time, having had repairs done with a different mechanic who did not fix the issue and advised me not to worry about it. Roman and his team worked hard to fix the problem and made sure to do everything so that I left with a car that was completely fixed. In addition, I was given great advice on some additional repairs that would lessen the chances of this specific issue happening again. The repairs recommended are inexpensive, yet quite important, so it was clear to me that this business is fair, honest and professional. It’s hard to find these qualities these days so I leave a very happy customer.

Roman and David were so amazing and helpful when I had to get my battery replaced very quickly and last minute! I called to see if they had availability and originally they didn't, but then called back and said they could get me in. When I arrived, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and nice. David offered to give me a ride home while my battery was being replaced and even picked me up when it was finished. Didn't even suggest an uber or anything! Great customer service for sure!

The left rear tire pressure sensor failed. I kept getting the pressure sensor failure indicator on my dash. I asked if I could drop the car off, would they be able to look at it. They repaired the problem that same morning. They called to tell me the car was ready to pick up! Wow, Convoy Auto Repair shop is awesome!!

AC cutting out. CAR didn’t just recharge the system. They took the time to leak test and found ports were leaking. Now all is good and they gave me a 6 mos warranty for the AC. Reasonable pricing, walk-in done in a day.

I’ve been taking my cars to Convoy Auto Repair for many years now, and I couldn’t be happier with their services. I’m an older, retired woman & I rely on good, honest information for peace of mind. That’s what I have always received here, & why I don’t take my car anywhere else. I trust their advice & have not been disappointed. And just yesterday they helped me out by fixing a rackety, loose wind flap & didn’t charge extra for it. Thanks so much for that guys, you care & you’re the best!
