Roman and his team at Convoy are communicative, transparent and honest. They all worked hard to correct a lot that was needed on my old Jeep, which a couple of previous mechanics did not. I appreciated their perseverance and the attention they placed on doing a great job. I felt like I was in good hands I will be back for future maintenance.

Took it in for maintenance/service as my daughter is taking it to Colorado for school. One mention to Convoy Auto regarding a noise led them to diagnose (tire balance/alignment) that the vehicles rear axle was bent in a previous (non disclosed) accident. I think most repair facilities might have just charged me for the alignment and never found the root cause. Thank you!

They always take my broken truck same day and have a good turnaround time to fix it. They're not the cheapest repair place, but they get good parts and their mechanics know what they are doing, you get what you pay for. Their diagnostic emails with pictures is thorough and gives you a good idea visually with what's going on with your vehicle .. Much appreciated

Convoy Auto always takes good care of my cars. They don't try to push or scare me into repairs. The last repair was for a tire pressure sensor that failed. They said that people had driven cars forever without the need for these sensors. But will be happy to replace it for me. I like the sensors because the roads are kind of messed up. Sometimes it feels like a tire is failing. I flip through the sensors, and if all pressures are normal, I keep going with peace of mind. What Convoy does do for you, is review your car's specs. They see what is time, or milage based maintenance, or if a recall repair is noted. They hand it to you on a printout. They give prices and time to repair estimates for each item. Then they let you decide what to do, or not to do. These are the real professionals you want to go to.

The left rear tire pressure sensor failed. I kept getting the pressure sensor failure indicator on my dash. I asked if I could drop the car off, would they be able to look at it. They repaired the problem that same day. They called to tell me the car was ready to pick up! Wow, Convoy Auto Repair shop is awesome!!
