Easy and straightforward scheduling process. Called them 10 min before COB Friday for a vehicle inspection and got me in for 0800 the following Monday. I was rather impressed with the transparency and detail oriented inspection results. A complete list was generated with technician notes/photos of suggested service items/critical concerns and was forwarded to me via weblink. I spoke with Roman for the entirety of the maintenance process, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and flexible with my maintenance requests. I would also like to note that there wasn't a huge urge to upsell extra service items, which was refreshing. Also, I was able to make short notice changes to the work to be done on the vehicle WHILE the vehicle being repaired. Their team was a huge help and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely go back for another inspection.

Convoy Auto does an excellent job on diagnosing a problem. The car had a clicking noise. I described the noise. They told me what the clicking noise was. My wife had an urgent requirement to be in Arizona. They told me that the sound would soon become more distracting, but would not affect the car's performance. She got back home, and we scheduled the repair. They had already checked on parts availability and repair cost. They took it in, repaired it and I picked it up. These guys are real professionals. They also care about their customers.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and got the car back to me. These guys are incredible. They are the ones to see if your car makes a noise... and you say, "Oh no... now what is the problem?!?!"
