What a great experience brought my 2017 Honda Pilot in to check on an issue I was having with my ignition they spent a couple of hours checking it out then called me and asked a few more Questions then two mor hours called and said they ran every test they could and even called other people to see if they knew what it could be, but no luck. I thanked them for the effort and expected to charge me. Instead they apologized for not finding anything and did not charge me. They will have my business from now on.

I was seen immediately by a service rep. He was very helpful, courteous with Avery pleasant personality. He look at the problem in my car, told me I had the the air heat settings in the wrong place. Pu them right. No charge and I was off and running. Thank you Convoy Auto Repair!
