My experience was amazing. I was able to bring my car in the morning and had my issues addressed and fixed in the same day. Joe was extremely friendly, Roman (service advisor) kept me informed every step of the way with reports, and Craig (tech) executed the repairs quickly. Very honest, transparent, and pricing was reasonable. Essentially had dealership quality experience here at a fraction of the cost. Will come again.

ODB code noted turbo issue. Technician Paul replaced plugged sensor tube and failed pressure switch. Issue resolved. Thanks for your efforts to keep my 6.0 diesel on the road.

OBD code noted turbo issue. Troubleshooting found multiple sensor/pressure leak issues. They took the time to hunt them all down and resolve. Thanks for your efforts to keep my 6.0L diesel on the road.

I have been going to Convoy auto repair for around 14 years. I have NEVER, NEVER had to take my truck back in because of faulty workmanship. I have a 1994 ford ranger that has over 230,000 miles on it. I feel that this is because of the workmanship from them. Everyone there are very helpful and pleasant to work with. And most important, they have always been HONEST with me. If you decide to try them out, ask for JOE or DAVID

Took my vehicle in for an overheating issue. Left it in their hands and waited outside in the parking lot. Within an hour and a half the diagnosis was made. There was a water pump leak. No nonsense. I was told that the bottom line was an expensive repair is needed. I takes a long time. I really appreciated the truth without a lot of other things that should be done while the vehicle was being worked on to generate more money for the shop.I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle.
