David E. Is an exceptional service advisor. He is knowledgeable and accountable with all of his follow ups and timelines. I cannot say enough great things about our experience. Convoy auto is honest and trustworthy. To begin- their website is accurate and up to date with availability, they followed up with text messages from the service advisor confirming my appt. I explained the problem and David E. listened. Everything was inspected and diagnosed with detail. David E. Test drove our vehicle multiple times to be sure we would not have any issues on our commute to home l, out of state. David E. had the most patience dealing with the long hold waits with our warranty company. David was honest with the timeline and did everything he could to turn the repairs around in less than 48 hrs so we could get back on the road. I’m so appreciative of the excellent customer service you all are A++++ I would trust you again for service on my vehicle and I recommend folks in the area to use Convoy Auto repair- you guys have gone above and beyond, thank you!
