Great Service & Phenomenal Team! I recently took my Subaru in for a major mechanical repair, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team at Convoy Auto Repair was professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. A special shoutout to Roman, who helped me through the entire process. He was fantastic to work with—highly communicative, transparent, and kept me updated every step of the way, which really took the stress out of a big repair. They truly went above and beyond, even returning my vehicle to me fully washed! I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back here for any future service needs. Very happy with the service I received on my VW Golf. I had a complete brake job and rear wheel bearings. The team was accommodating with drop off and pickup as I could not get there during business hours. I will like come back if I need additional work on my car

He then thoroughly looked at my vehicle and was able to diagnose issues and provide recommendations. He was friendly, thorough, and had good advice for me and long term care on the vehicle. My experience with Convoy Auto Repair was amazing from start to finish. I brought my car in for regular maintenance, after completing my pre-paid services from the dealer. I let them know I was looking for a trustworthy shop that I could do ongoing business with. The service was handled as promised, but when I got home and carefully looked the paperwork, I discovered that one thing was not completed. I reached out and I was asked to bring the car back in as soon as I could so the issue could be corrected, which I did. I am a believer that at times 'things happen'. The character and quality of this shop is that they stepped up immediately and took care of it courteously and professionally. THAT is what stands out and makes a difference in this day and age.
