Took my 2009 Civic in for AC repair. My inspection results were ready within a few hours and the repairs were done in less than a day. The inspection reports were sent online, so I was able to review before the mechanic called me to discuss the findings. Overall, a great experience and I'd recommend them!

I am pleased to leave another review and endorsement of Convoy Auto Repair. As I was driving home in my 2005 Honda Accord I noticed the temperature gauge was a bit higher than usual. When I got home and parked, and turned off the ignition, I norticed the cooling fan kept running. I then opened the hood and saw the overflow tube from the radiator reservoir had melted, and coolant had spilled out from the radiator. I was afraid to drive the car so I called Convoy Auto. They said I could have it towed to drop it off at their shop that evening, and they would check it out the next morning. They called me the next morning to confirm they had the car and to ask some questions about how the car had been driving, etc. A few hours later I received their email attaching a detailed analysis of their investigation and recommendations for service and repair, along with several photographs of the car. We then spoke by phone and after discussion I authorized them to proceed with replacement of my radiator, and and other related services, including special cleaning and coolant and oil change. They called later in the afternoon to advise that they had completed the repairs, but that thew would like to give the car one last "test drive" the next morning, when the engine was cool, before I picked it up. I was happy with that. I very much appreciate their professional competence and courtesy, and they have won my confidence and appreciation. Finally, as I was driving home, I noticed from my dashboard that my radio was working! It had not been working for months! Convoy Auto had reset my car radio, which I had been unable to do myself, voluntarily and at no charge! Thanks Convoy! I recommend Convoy Auto Repair without reservation.
