When we brought in our vehicle, we knew it might not be a simple repair. Our SUV was 24 years old and we had to make some decisions based on repair costs vs. walking away from it. Joe walked us through the process to get to that point explaining there were some repairs needed before the final diagnosis could be determined. Joe gave us a fair estimate and also explained that we may end up having to make that decision anyway. We agreed to move ahead knowing the risks. Joe kept us informed at every step of the process. After initial repairs and final testing, we were told the vehicle was repaired and ready to go. This whole process took only 3 days from start to finish and the quality of the work was top notch. While the repairs for our budget were costly (but fair) I would not hesitate to bring either of our vehicles here for service or repair in the future. Kudos to Joe and the team. Thanks for being honest and up front from the beginning. I would recommend Convoy Auto Repair as your dealership alternative.

I have been using convoy auto services for the past year and yesterday I had something of an emergency as my car almost stopped running and had very little power and I was afraid to take it on the high. Even though it was Sunday I had it towed to convoy auto and was able to leave it in the parking lot there and put my keys under the door with a note explaining my problems and need for help. I followed up with a phone call at eight in the morning and spoke to a Service person confirmed that they would inspect my car immediately and get back to me and a few hours with their diagnosis and proposed service and repair. By 4 PM I was able to pick up my car having had substantial worked on to resolve the driving problems I had experienced. Great service had a reasonable price and everything was fully documented in writing with pictures! I highly recommend convoy auto repair.
