I've been going to these guys for years, and I trust them completely. They do up sale though by making recommendations of maintenance items that aren't failing, but rather based upon industry standard mileage or age. This could get expensive if you did everything they said, and this is the same thing that a dealer would do to you. However any work that they do is done well and I trust them that if they say its broken that is in fact broken. And if they recommend replacing something that is in the area that is getting worked on, then you should consider doing it to save money in the long run.I think most complaints here center around price, and while Convoy isn't the cheapest, they are much cheaper than a dealer and their work is just as good.I did try the highly rated Advantec Auto Repair a couple of times and found them to be priced about the same as Convoy, or maybe $20 cheaper, but they seemed to only do the work you asked them to do and not look at anything else while they're under the hood-which can cost you later. Plus at Advantec there seems to be one guy who knows what's going on, and then a bunch of young apprentices who do the work with limited knowledge and, I believe, limited skills. So Convoy is competitively priced and they do quality work. I absolutely recommend them.
I am glad we were again able to help with your vehicle needs. Thank you for putting your trust in us. We have recently worked out some fantastic prices with NAPA so moving forward we will be even more competitive.
