The staff is extremely knowledgable and will take the time to really explain your cars situation and the pro's and con's of the suggested service. It's also great to know they won't try and upsell you with services you don't need.

They never perform any work that has not been pre-approved by the customer and always provide accurate prices. Both the lobby and garage areas are immaculate and they take great pride in their work. Scheduled a smog test via the website, was called to confirm an appointment within 5 minutes. The gentlemen working were all very nice & very helpful. When it was time for me to pay, David (I believe his name was) explained everything to me & answered every question I had in terms that I (not a car person at all) understood. I was in & out of there within 30 minutes. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.
