Alway courteous, professional and friendly

This place is great! All the workers were so helpful to me in getting my car fixed. They even have a shuttle service to take you home while your car is getting doctored. I highly recommend Convoy Auto Repair

Having dealt with several shops in the greater San Diego area, I have found this to be one I consider "home". The office staff are courteous and helpful. The technicians are obviously well trained, given the wall of certifications in the waiting area. This is the kind of place I would refer my aging mother to if she lived in this area. Undoubtedly, as my children begin to take to the highways, I will have them bring their vehicles to the good folks at Convoy. A special thanks to their office team and to Doug, for helping me to feel confident about the honest and fair service I receive there.

Once again from the time that I called to make the appt to my picking up the car, it was a great experience. I truly appreciated my car being cleaned,what a great surprise!

I've been doing business with Convoy Auto for years. What separates them from others is that they are always honest, reliable, competent and trustworthy. They don't try to upsell & only tell you about repairs that are truly needed. I can trust them. I have not found these qualities in many other shops. Sometimes I've gone elsewhere because of a coupon deal. The cheap usually becomes expensive with upselling me repairs that I likely don't really need. I've learned the hard way to not stray & stay with Convoy Auto who I know I can trust. Diane
