Allen was fabulous. He answered all my questions up front and called me back about a price for a fix. Needed my O2 sensor possibly replaced (code P0158)from my OBDII reader. They ran the needed test & fixed the car right up. Loved the straight forward & Friendliness of the repair shop. Defiantly would recommend them to get anything fixed as they aren't out for your money.

Joe, as usual, was very cooperative, concerned, and listened well. My 2001 Mustang (>170K miles) needed spark plugs and a new ignition coil. Now the power and fun of driving it are back. They would have had the full five stars (exceptionally rare for me) if they caught the coil problem on the first visit.

Convoy Auto really is the best place to take my vehicles for any service and repair. They know how customers should be treated, and how to properly diagnose vehicle problems. They work with the customer to take care of repairs. I have several needed repairs pending. They help me prioritize the repairs, knowing that cash flow for most people is tight. They are fair and prices are reasonable. They stand by their warranty. I will continue to use their services, as long as I am in San Diego! Good job guys!

Had a cranky trans leak w/wife's BMW. Wasnt cheap but was hell of a lot cheaper than the dealer a few blocks away. Some residual leakage after the getting the work done; had to bring it back for a re-tweaking...STILL some leakage, brought back again...Joe and Team didnt give on the sucker, figured out that it was a bad replacement part, after that was replaced, no more leak. It's been over a week now, so far so good. Thanks Joe, and thanks your Team! Good work!

As usually the help I received was done with kindness, true estimates, friendly and qualified workers. I have never had to bring my truck back for something they had done wrong
