An added bonus is that Pam, before joining Convoy Auto Repair, was a service writer with Saturn (...before they joined the ranks of the automotive "fallen flags"), and she also owns a Saturn. As a service writer now with Convoy, she is very in tune with my needs, as I am also a Saturn owner.

repairs were expensive as is every thing else these days, but were needed to maintain my truck. The front staff, Dave, Joe and Pam were excellent as always. Kept me informed as to what was happing with my truck. Jaun was helpful as always. An all together painless experience.

The staff was very professional and knowlegable. Their rates are very reasonable. I wouldn't take my vehicle anyplace else.

As a single female it can be hard to find a place to take your car that you can trust. I know very little about cars and have to be able to trust that what is recommended is truly needed. So, I have been taking my car to Convoy Auto Repair for over 15 years now. The staff and service are outstanding. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and honest about the needs to keep my car running at its very best. They fully explain each item they recommend and the benefits to me. The owner, David and the staff care about their customers and it shows. I like the free shuttle so I do not have to impose on coworkers to pick me up when I am having my car serviced.I honestly can say they are the best automotive repair shop in San Diego. I have referred family, co-workers and friends to Convoy Auto Repair and they too have been very happy with Convoy Auto Repair.

just had some more work done on my 90 dodge. as usual the work was done on time and in an excellent manner. I have been a customer of convoy auto for a few years and have always received excellent service. Front swtaff are good friends and keep you informed on your vehicle.

Good work, and great at diagnosing, but prices are too expensive

Everyone at Convoy Auto Repair is excellent at what they do. I've been taking my cars there for many years. They are honest, their work is impeccable and I can always get my car in as quickly as I need to. I highly recommend them!
