I have been taking my car to Convoy Auto Repair since 2006 and dealing with the same crew in that time. They provide outstanding service every single time and run the cleanest shop I've ever seen. They are unfailingly polite, but most importantly, they do excellent work. I highly recommend Convoy Auto Repair.

I had a small misunderstanding at Convoy auto repair. The manager David stepped up and fix the situation within minutes.I received superb customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. You are the true definition of a leader and exceptional managerial skills.The courtesy shuttle is top notch and driver Juan is very amicable. Once again, thank you very much

Thank you for returning Saturday Morning. I am glad we got to the bottom of the concerns and were able to get you and your son to his last basketball game too while the car was being worked on. Hope his team won! We learned that In the future when we are replacing parts recommended by the "Dealer" we will get more information from clients as to why the dealer recommended the replacements parts so we can be sure we are all on the same page when replacing the parts. This would have helped us avoid the frustration and in turn provide better customer service.

I came here and I got my splash guard removed, no charge and it was just asking someone to do it. I'm just the girl that drives the car but I'm learning to do my research and check place out, they are very friendly and I was only here for 10 mins!!! Thanks guys

Those splash guards make terrible noise when they fall down. So glad we were able to get you on the road quickly. Now your Mazda can, "ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM" again :)

Made an appointment and was in and out fast. They explained what they'd do before they did it, didn't try to push anything my vehicle didn't need. Been going here for years and they always take care of me for a good price.

Found Convoy Auto Repair on the web. I asked them to fix my airconditiong. While they were doing this they noticed cooling system leaks and noted that timing belt required replacement. I had them do all the repairs and they did a fine job! They completed the work on time and for the price quoted with a discount. Very trustworthy, friendly and competent staff !
