Had a brake light go out and like a dummy i called two Jeep dealers,got put on hold for a long time to find out i had to make a appointment for a few days later..Convoy Auto has done alot of work on my car and also my wifes car.. They said bring it in and it was done in 15 minutes at a price i was VERY happy with. You will be very happy with the help and work at this dealership A++++++

A bit pricier than most, and twice the price of what my roommate paid for a smog check place he found in Penny Savers, but it's fast and easy. Located near a lot of other businesses, so you can go have some boba or lunch while you wait. Friendly staff.Make an appointment!

It is never fun having to pay for maintained on your car, but I feel that Convoy Auto was truthful in the repairs that were necessary, and helpful in the ones that could wait until the next oil change.

i had trouble with another repair shop in Ocean Beach not completing the work needed. I met Pam and she helpedme address the situation since it was frustrating for me. They were thorough and helped me understand what needed to be completed. I will use this shop from now on as I will know the work will be done professionally!
