Terrific customer service! I booked an appointment on line the night before. Arrived at my appointment time and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My car was ready to roll before closing. I would definitely take my car back if needed. Thank you Convoy Auto Repair.

I love this mechanic shop! Who even says that!?? Hahaa!! But I love that they text you a write up of what they are suggesting for your car and there is clear description of what that does for the car because lord knows I have no clue about cars. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend! I have all my family going to this shop now too.

I really appreciated the time Joe took to inspect my car throughly and to make sure every aspect of my car was ensured to be in tip top shape by the time it was ready to be picked up and worked on efficiently and effectively. From Monday to Thursday Joe had the car parts for my VW Jetta TDI SportWagen ordered delivered and completed in that timeframe. I highly recommend Convoy Auto Repair as they were a recommendation to me and I would gladly recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs auto repair, especially if you have a diesel car like my car. It is so hard to find a mechanic to work on a diesel EU car other than bringing it to the dealership which costs even MORE!! Thanks for everything Convoy Auto Repair, y’all are the best!
