As usual, the appointment went as scheduled. The front desk staff and garage staff completed the requested work in a timely manner. Thereafter, the front desk staff reviewed previously suggested work and we arranged a future appointment to have this work completed. They also showed me an oil leak and suggested I take it to the Dealer for coverage under my extended warranty. Keep up the excellent work. Dick Templeman

Convoy Auto Repair went above and beyond my expectations. The estimate provided to service my vehicle was accurate and there was no additional up sale. Its nice to have a reliable auto shop that can service my vehicle and not cost me an arm and a leg. The staff was very professional. I will now use Convoy Auto Repair for all my vehicle needs.

I keep writing reviews for my experience with Convoy Auto. I continually drive out of their shop thinking... Wow, am I glad I went there for repairs. They completed the repairs long before I was ready to pick up the car. These people are awesome.

Have been using this shop for quite a few years for my car and my wife's. In and out pretty quick and no pressure to get extra work done.l had a brake light go out last year on my jeep and called jeep dealership and they couldn't even get me in for 2 days, called convoy auto repair and had it fixed in 30 minutes, very nice staff

Had an oil change, took about 90 mins. They check everything and fill the fluids. The price was very good and so was the service. I liked the gals who work the office. Only thing was they called me when it was done but I never got the call. So I hung out longer then I needed to. I go there again!

I brought my car in to have an oil leak repaired. While working on the oil leak it was recommended that a bad motor mound be replaced. After all repairs were completed I noticed the engine had less vibration, smoother idle. Also courtesy ride was promised and arrived on time. I am very pleased with the professional conduct and quality of work done.

Service was fast .

I had gone to Express Tires for my oil changes and they always had a list of things to fix-the cost was going to run $2600.00. I took my 2002 4Runner to Convoy and they totally went over the car and the bill was laround $900.00. I didn't need half the stuff that was said needed-so I'm a happy customer and recommend you at least go in for an estimate-honest businesses are hard to find.
