OK, flog me with a wet noodle for taking 6 weeks to contact you. Your service is so outstanding I should have e-mailed you before you fixed my truck. Noon on a Saturday afternoon, you were very busy. You knew that I was from Oregon and trying to return home before a major snow storm arrived in Oregon. In less than 1 hour you worked me in and had the problem taken care of in a half hour. My career was as a General Manager of Resort Hotels. A lot of my time was spent trying to create the level of service and expertise the you have achieved with you entire staff. I have them about 5 hours notice that I wanted an appointment. Instead of asking me to wait until later, which I actually would have done since I emailed the appointment request when they were closed for 30 minutes after they opened the next day. Yes my car took a little longer because I gave them more work then they were ready for. That was my fault and not theirs. My only complaint is that I didn't get the service for free. I didn't deserve a free service, I'm just cheap and want everything for free. That said I'm sure I will go back to them in the future.
