I have them about 5 hours notice that I wanted an appointment. Instead of asking me to wait until later, which I actually would have done since I emailed the appointment request when they were closed for 30 minutes after they opened the next day. Yes my car took a little longer because I gave them more work then they were ready for. That was my fault and not theirs. My only complaint is that I didn't get the service for free. I didn't deserve a free service, I'm just cheap and want everything for free. That said I'm sure I will go back to them in the future.
