i was recommended by the folks at the Bumper Doc have Convoy Auto Repair to have my brakes repaired. Thank you Shawn for hooking me up. The brake job was perfect , no squeaks , rattles or softness. They did a better job than the Lexus dealership and at half the price. I'll continue using them for all of my auto service requirements.

I love this repair shop. Unlike so many, the waiting room is very clean. Everyone who works there is friendly and courteous. Juan the shuttle van driver is a delight. He opened the door for me. He changed the radio station when he didn't have to. The people at the desk are knowledgeable. When they work on a car, the work is of excellent quality. Highly recommend.

Convoy Auto Repair provided fast and friendly service for my BMW 128i. I had an oil pan gasket, serpentine belt, and front brake pads and rotors replaced, as well as an oil change. While the maintenance wasn't cheap, it was still less expensive than taking my car to the dealership.

Service was efficient and exceeded my expectations. Everything was done perfectly. They completed a long and difficult job in under a day. The price point was market or better. I am completely satisfied and would use Convoy Auto Repair again. My car was a Volvo that had a unique Alternator configuration. I was towed in via AAA, the night before, when the car broke down in route home from work. They kept me updated on work as it progressed throughout the day. To top it off I received a small AAA discount.

Courteous service at a fair price. Car delivered when promised with an excellent guarantee. All that plis a AAA discount of 10% (up to $50). I'll definitely go back when I need service for my aging Honda Accord.
