I was hearing some grinding when I pressed the brakes and it was Super easy to make an appointment. I went in and Shawn helped me out. He was very friendly. They called me to let me know the issue, the estimation and what time my car would be ready. If I had any questions they were easy to get a hold of. Overall great customer service, and I definitely don't feel like they're ripping me off either. I'm a AAA member and they are one of the few shops that I was referred to. Free inspection, plus AAA discount, AND great customer service = very happy customer!

Always great service, I continue be happy with everyone at Convoy Auto Repair. The work was done in less time then estimated,, the price was fair and upfront. Sean offered some recommended services based on time and mileage but was not clearly not trying to push them on me or up-sell me; a rare characteristic that I appreciate immensely.

Was instructed by my boos of an out of state government contractor company to.."find a local mechanic"... I searched for Four star and above mechanics and immediately Convoy Auto came up. I gave them a call, and Sean said they can take the truck right then on that day. Plenty of workers, plenty of big vehicle bays, half were empty and mechanics onsite ready to get to work. Convoy Auto Repair had my work service truck diagnosed within the hour, and an appointment is set to fix the noise's on my work truck. Mr Sean even left the office to assist with the diagnosis with his mechanic as i had described the sounds to him in the office previously. Honest and upfront are many of the employees here as i ease dropped on other conversations while i sat in on site waiting area. I am now confident as to a great mechanic shop is hard to find. I am looking fwd to the repairs made on my work truck this week and have already relayed the positive vibes to my company for our other fleet vehicles to be serviced here, including my personal and family's other vehicles. Great shop. Great service. great peace of mind knowing i have a good mechanic.
