My car is running great. Convoy Auto Repair took care of my car needs professionally and within the projected timeframe and price-quote. I am so happy I took my car to them. I also really appreciated the gorgeous exterior detail-work--just wow!

Very professional, but also very laid-back and friendly (I didn't think those attributes could be mixed together, but they do here.). I brought my car in for an oil change and was pleased that they didn't try to talk me into additional services that I didn't want (though they discreetly noted those down on my receipt printout, so I'd be aware of what they recommended). The oil change was also done quickly. Overall experience as pleasant as an oil change could possibly be.

They did a great job on a window in my truck that would not roll up. Same day service and good price. I'll be back.

The mechanics at this place are ASE certified. That means they know what they are doing and they get the correct car parts replaced. No beating around the bush replacing this and that. No guess work. I had a car horn that didn't sound. They narrowed down the problem to the clock spring. I paid for the replacement of the clock spring and the car horn now works beautifully. You will hear me on the road.

I didn't realize I needed more work done on my car than anticipated. When I found out at the very last minute during closing hours, my car would have to stay overnight because it wasn't drive-able,. Unfortunately I had to take my chances. What was nice, which has never happened to me before, the Convoy Auto Repair men offered numerous times to give me a ride to my apartment which is in Imperial Beach. I have never had that happen before ever and I thought that was great. Its about a 20-25 minute drive to get to Convoy Auto Repair but I drive the distance because they are loyal and trustworthy. Wish I could say the same about auto shop in my area but being from Linda Vista, it is my pleasure to bring business with these men.

Pre sale inspection should have looked at the engine. It does not. It costs additional diagnostic fees to have them check the engine compression. They should tell you exactly what they check for $90. I needed the engine checked....

I never take my SUV anywhere else since I found Convoy Auto Repair. They always have the best price for what I need done and they are very honest. They never try to sell me something I don't need. All the employees are awesome and work hard! I also appreciate the reminder emails when it's time to get oil changes. I actually don't dread taking my SUV to get work done now. Thank you!
