I was recently there over the weekend for a timing chain replacement. Which is pretty costly, other shops wanted way more. What set Convoy Auto repair apart from everybody else, they sent me an estimate and the break down of what everything will cost and be done. No one else did that. When all was done, the amount they estimated was the same amount I paid out the door. They offer shuttle service, which was awesome for me! Great people and I will be coming back for future services. I'm always provided excellent customer service each and every time I come in. This time I went in for a fuel injector cleaning. They got rid of all the greasy waste clogging my old car's blood vessels. Now I can be assured that the new car parts they put in previously won't clog off. More positives are the clean waiting room, free Wi-Fi, free cool mountain spring water from the refrigerator, and free rides to and from this place if you're getting your car worked on.

This is my 2nd vehicle I have brought to Convoy Auto Repair for service. After bringing my 1st vehicle in, the deal was written in stone. These guys are great!. Very efficient. Very informative of what my unknown trucks' issues were. Even if my explanation to them, is purely given in sound effects. Well, these fine gentleman at Convoy Auto Repair have their ways of reenacting and resolving all of the noises me, and both of my trucks can make. Easy call in to make an appointment. Confident, upfront knowledge of my mechanical problems. Multiple options and descriptions of what went wrong, how they can provide repairs, when immediate necessary attention is needed to prevent further impact to my vehicles, and how to prevent in the future. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Each time leaving Convoy Auto Repair regardless of what work was performed on my vehicles or yet to be, I am highly satisfied with the service, the price, the informative attention given to me, the what, why, and how description of issues...these guys make it as easy as "where.. do I sign?" Great shop. I will continue to without hesitation, bring my vehicles here.

We had a strange clicking noise coming out of the dash. We dropped the car off. They fixed it with a complete explanation of the problem, and what they did to fix it. We had the car back that same day! This repair shop is awesome.

Price for repair was below the average if what I could expect to pay. Completion of job was timely. I had no worries that your mechanics were not skilled enough to handle the job. I'm very happy with the job.

My grey mats are hard to keep clean, attendant could have used a paper mat as there were new black grease marks. This is a minor criticism.

Although I have had some mechanical problems with an install; these guys have busted their butts to make everything Right. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is working perfectly. Never worry about customer service at Convoy Auto Repair. They will make sure you are completely 110% satisfied.
