Very friendly staff and they did an excellent job getting the AC in my Jeep up and running again.

We have a car on loan to our son, currently stationed at MCAS Mira Mar, that needed emergency cooling system repairs. After contacting me about the bad news my son took the car to your shop. I quickly went to your website to learn about Convoy and to read the reviews. I was happy to see mostly positive feedback. Living over 2000 miles away in Wisconsin I was depending on you to provide the best service possible to our Marine and since I will be driving the car back to Wisconsin next month I needed to know this problem was addressed correctly. From the time I first spoke to Dave I knew we were in professional hands. Dave said he would keep me updated on the diagnosis, cost estimate, and time to complete the repairs. I am happy to say the repairs were completed quickly (without a scheduled appointment) and at a price I was comfortable with. Thank you for the quick and professional response.

No complaints on the job service techs did this morning, did seem to take a little longer then I thought it should but that’s just me. Overall very happy and will continue to use Conway Auto for all my auto repairs when in the San Diego area

Always great customer service, honest and fair

We took our Honda in for an oil change. The Convoy Auto mechanic completed an inspection. He found a few things worn. Convoy Auto also noted milage/time based maintenance items due. We got the oil changed, and a few other items done. They never implied that the car would fail soon if we didn't get these done. We left some items for another time. There were a few items we declined altogether (i.e. wiper blades). The important point is that we know the condition of the vehicle. Convoy Auto didn't try to push anything on us. The car was ready for pickup long before the estimated time. The actually cost of repairs was less than the estimate. They found a discount that they subtracted from the bill, at the time we were preparing to pay! These guys are professional and friendly!
