Always great customer service, honest and fair

We took our Honda in for an oil change. The Convoy Auto mechanic completed an inspection. He found a few things worn. Convoy Auto also noted milage/time based maintenance items due. We got the oil changed, and a few other items done. They never implied that the car would fail soon if we didn't get these done. We left some items for another time. There were a few items we declined altogether (i.e. wiper blades). The important point is that we know the condition of the vehicle. Convoy Auto didn't try to push anything on us. The car was ready for pickup long before the estimated time. The actually cost of repairs was less than the estimate. They found a discount that they subtracted from the bill, at the time we were preparing to pay! These guys are professional and friendly!

As always,, office staff Joe and Shawn cordially greeted me and processed my car for evaluation and needed repairs. After a complete evaluation of the engine, they explained the work needed to repair my engine and also explained the cost involved.
