Staff is very professional. Had an oil change done without an appointment in a few hours at a great price. They have a shuttle service available which is very helpful.

As always , the folks at Convoy are knowledgeable, my first reason for going there. Along with that they are friendly bunch, which makes a good second reason. I have been a customer of Convoy Auto for quite a few years now and my hope is that they are kept super busy until I can no longer drive. CONVOY AUTO is the best repair shop for your car, and your peace of mind. They always assess the problem or maintenance requested. I get a run down on what the solution is. If there is a cheaper alternative, I get that too. Not all car repairs and maintenance are "gotta do it now or else". CONVOY AUTO repair shop embraces that. They work out the details of all repairs. I had brake noises. I made a 2:00 appointment for Friday. So, I dropped the car off Thursday afternoon. They called me Friday morning with the assessment, cost, and estimated time to repair. They called me at 1:30 Friday to let me know that the car was ready! The estimate was higher than the actual "out the door" bill! These guys are incredible!!

As always, the scheduled service was handled promptly and efficiently. During the process of completing my schedule work it was discovered that I needed a new part and new spark plugs. In advance of replacing these additional parts and service, they informed me of these needed repair, parts, cost, and time needed to complete. I told them to take care of it all and it was promptly taken care of on this same visit. I always appreciate their knowledge, efficiency, and honesty with customers. Keep up the great job. I have always had a great experience with Convoy Auto Repair. The staff are courteous and professional, and have helped keep my aging car safe and reliable. On this occasion, the non-working trunk latch was only jammed, not broken; they fixed it, showed me how to fix it myself if it ever jams in the future, and did not even charge me for the visit.

They were so helpful and nice through the entire process!
