I was greeted by Joe and the intake was done by him on Friday morning. I got to meet Dave the service manager who was very helpful and patient on the phone several days earlier helping me schedule an appointment and getting an idea of what was going on with my vehicle. They had this wonderful man named Juan who is the shuttle driver. He is gracious, polite, professional and a great conversationalist. And a very good driver! My vehicle was fixed as promised and in the time frame quoted. I even got a little bit of a small discount for one of the repairs. Kia had said replacing front brakes for my 2016 Kia Soul would be 400$. Convoy auto repair did it the next day for 180 along with checking the rotors and battery. Cool little waiting room with free WiFi — really can’t beat it.
