I've had my car serviced at Convoy for several years and am always pleased with the service. The Service Reps always explain the issues and let me know the cost. Very pleasant customer service.

I found Convoy Auto on the internet and was cautious during my first visit. After and during my visit felt 100% comfortable with all the staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Pricing was great..... no sales pressure and they use a great app so you can see photos of exactly what they see of recommended repairs or service.

The service was excellent. After not being able to get my car started, once I was able to get it jumped and over to be looked at, I was seen extremely quickly. The diagnosis took less than an hour and the repairs were done almost as quickly. It was such a relief to be back on the road without any worry and the final bill was less than what I was quoted. I would definitely go back again if I need repairs to my car.
