I always have great service at Convoy Auto Repair. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. They explain in detail what services they recommend. I have also found they offer very good pricing on the services they perform and have had no issues with any repairs or services they have done on my truck. They also use a great system you can utilize to keep track of past work performed along with recommended and upcoming service reminders. Great place, very friendly, and helpful staff help take a lot of the stress away when you need work performed on your automobile.

The service level from placing the service request, to receipt of identification of various maintenance needs, and through the actual completion of work was very exceedingly prompt. Given the list of a half-dozen maintenance and repair items that were processed, the turnaround time was so prompt as to exceed my expectations. And I remain confident of the quality of service provided in all work that Convoy Auto Repair performs, and that's why I have continue to use you folks over the years. The shuttle service is a great resource and provides convenience in getting to and from your shop. If there is one suggestion I could make, how about a senior discount? Give a grandparent a break!!!!

Called the shop for an appointment to have an inspection on my Volvo XC90 for an usual noise on rear brakes. I spoke with Shawn and he was very accommodating, scheduled me for a 2:30pm appointment. I brought my car about that time and left it. In less than an hour I received an electronic copy of the result of diagnostics and recommended repairs. I called the shop for details of the diagnostics and agreed to proceed with the recommended repairs. In about an hour later, I got a call from Shawn that car is ready for pickup. Excellent service from this shop. Highly recommend them.
